I'm Belinda — wife, mum of two, floral designer and stylist, and the founder of Blush + Thyme, a boutique floral design studio on the East Coast of Brisbane where timeless florals, thoughtful styling and meaningful moments come together.

Flowers have been part of my life for more than 20 years. My career began in Sydney, where I trained as a florist at a young age before going on to design florals and style everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale weddings, corporate events and luxury functions across Sydney, Brisbane and South East Queensland. Those years taught me that beautiful flowers are never just about the flowers—they're about how a space feels, how people connect within it, and the memories that stay long after the day is over.

Today, Blush + Thyme brings together everything I love. A lifelong passion for floral design, an eye for contemporary interiors, and a belief that the spaces we surround ourselves with should bring a sense of calm, beauty and belonging.

Inspired by the soft tones of the coast, natural textures and understated elegance, I specialise in stylized, luxury event florals, corporate floral styling and thoughtfully curated gifts that become part of the homes and spaces they are created for.

I'm happiest outdoors, wandering through gardens, noticing the quiet beauty in everyday moments. That connection to nature influences every piece I design. I want each arrangement to feel effortless yet considered, contemporary yet timeless, and beautiful in a way that never asks for attention but always leaves an impression.

Every arrangement is handcrafted in my Brisbane studio using carefully selected preserved blooms, premium materials and vessels. I believe quality is found in the smallest details—the placement of every stem, the balance of texture, the harmony of colour—and it's this thoughtful approach that defines every piece I create.

Whether I'm styling a corporate space, designing florals for a wedding, creating a statement piece for a home or welcoming guests into one of my floral workshops, my purpose is always the same: to create something that feels personal, beautiful and lasting.
