1. About Our Work

All of our dried floral designs are created with care, intention, and natural materials. Due to the handmade and organic nature of dried florals, each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, and shape are part of their natural beauty and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary, with a full refund provided.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order designs are created especially for you.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We’ll do our best to bring your vision to life, but exact replication of inspiration images cannot be guaranteed due to the natural materials used.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of dried florals, we generally do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@blushandthyme.com.au including photos, and we’ll work with you to make things right.

6. Care & Longevity

Dried florals are long-lasting but delicate.

Keep arrangements out of direct sunlight, humidity, and moisture.
Gentle handling is recommended.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, and branding — is the property of Blush and Thyme and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
