At Blush and Thyme, each piece is created with care using natural, dried botanicals. Because of their delicate and handmade nature, we approach returns a little differently — with transparency and kindness.
Returns
Due to the fragility and made-to-order nature of dried florals, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Each arrangement is carefully inspected before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@blushandthyme.com.au.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom designs are created especially for you and are final sale. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
We’ll always do our best to interpret your vision beautifully, keeping in mind that natural materials may vary in colour and texture.
Shipping Considerations
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damage due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Wear or breakage that occurs after delivery due to handling or environment
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
